Cost $70 Pay for your Yearbook at https://payments.lwsd.org/ or bring check or credit card to pay in person at the payment window. The best thing you can do is to purchase early in the beginning of the year, so you won’t miss out. We sell out each year!

2025 Seniors Families & Seniors!

Please read CAREFULLY and take note! Be on the lookout for posts & reminders via Parent Square regarding your SENIOR & YEARBOOK! Or follow us on Instagram @Eastlake Yearbook.

While we strive to include all Seniors in the yearbook (provided they either took a school photo) or decide submitted one of their own, it’s vital that you meet DEADLINES below to be included in the yearbook. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT LATE SUBMISSIONS. This is your responsibility (parents & seniors) to work together to make sure you meet these deadlines. DO NOT wait until the LAST day to submit - the system will get bogged down and your submission may not be accepted by the deadline!

SENIOR PORTRAIT & QUOTES

DEADLINE FOR ALL SENIOR SUBMISSIONS IS FEBRUARY 1st (mark your calendars!)

SENIOR PORTRAITS – (these are the Class Portrait pages)

These are professional or well-taken photos with good lighting taken on your own, outside of school for your SENIOR year.

ACCEPTABLE FILES: At least 300dpi, 5X7” min. Vertical or Portrait orientation/head & shoulders (NO horizontal images). NO full body images as these will be cropped to head and shoulder images.
If we don’t receive your submission by the deadline, we will use the most recent school photo (ASB ID photo) instead or if there isn’t a photo on file a “Wolfie” mascot photo instead.
DO NOT SEND MULTIPLE IMAGES – it is up to YOU to decide which image you would like. We will not choose for you.
Make sure to CAPTION your image: SENIOR PHOTO. Make sure to use your FULL NAME as it appears in Skyward, so we can match your photo with our master list which is generated from Skyward. If you go by another name place in (parenthesis, if space allows).
If you are a professional photographer, twin or triplet, or best friend submitting a SENIOR photo, please identify correct names in the caption section when submitting!
If you followed the instructions in the submission link below: You will get email verification immediately after you submit, to the email you provided (check your junk mail if you don’t see it). If you can’t find the email or don’t get verification that your image was submitted, please feel free to email us before the FEB. 1 deadline at: Yearbook-486@lwsd.org
Duplicate images will be deleted, please don’t send duplicates.

Directions for submission

1. Please CLICK HERE to submit a SENIOR PORTRAIT & SENIOR QUOTE – (this is for SENIORS ONLY – NOT PARENTS) you will get ONE chance to submit your QUOTE, it must be school appropriate (NO time stamps from movies, YouTube, TV shows, videos, songs, etc.). Keep quotes SHORT (80

characters – including spaces), worded QUOTES ONLY! There is limited space for these! Admin. will screen all quotes, any found questionable will be eliminated.

SENIOR REGOGNITION ADS

SENIOR RECOGNITION ADS – (These are the various sized ads in the back of the book)

PARENTS - We encourage you to consider purchasing one of these ads to guarantee your senior being in the yearbook (provided you submit correctly and on time). Space is limited, so don’t wait! These ads are an amazing way to recognize, celebrate and congratulate your Senior in all their accomplishments during their grade school years! Plus, these ads support our Eastlake ASB program. For more info visit https://ehs.lwsd.org/activities. The purchase of these ads are through the Jostens website and our Yearbook staff does not work on these ads. We have kept these ads at a low rate so you can celebrate your senior!

Keep in mind EHS Yearbook is organized, designed and built by our talented yearbook staff. For many it is their very first experience in creating, producing and publishing any publication. As we try our best to be as accurate as possible, omit errors during our editing process, there may be a few that slip by unnoticed as with any other publication. This is a huge undertaking for these students, and while they try their absolute best, any support, grace and understanding you can allow, would be greatly appreciated during this learning process for our Eastlake students.
