New Student Registration

Step 1 - Enroll in LWSD

All students new to the LWSD need to register online HERE

Please email the Registrar, Cathy Johnson, if your student has been previously enrolled in LWSD or if you need any assistance with your registration

Enrollment Process

Welcome to Eastlake High School!

Online enrollment process:

Complete enrollment - To complete the online enrollment, you will need following documents available to upload.(Follow links for more information.)

Birth certificate or passport
Medically verified Certificate of Immunization Status (Spanish)
Two proofs of residence
Current/previous school transcript or most recent report card
If transferring mid-year, class schedule and/or withdrawal grades
If student has 504 Plan or IEP, please provide:
- Signed current IEP/504 & most recent signed evaluation

During enrollment processing, Mrs. Johnson, our registrar, will:

Verify enrollment information & contact you if any additional information is needed.
Email student’s administrator, counselor, and library to notify of enrollment and potential start date.
Have your student complete the course selection sheet for their counselor:

Incoming Freshman – Class of 2028
Incoming Sophomore, Junior or Senior Registration
When completed, please email class choices to cathjohnson@lwsd.org.

Once we have received your students course selection worksheet, your counselor will:

Use course selection sheet to make schedule and set start date in Skyward.
Email, teachers, library, and registrar when the schedule is complete.
If provided during enrollment, send teachers any previous grades at withdrawal.

I am enrolled and my schedule is complete. Now what?

When your schedule is completed, your counselor will email the parent/guardian at the email address provided during enrollment.
All LWSD students are issued a laptop that can be picked up in the library during building hours. During this time, they will assist you in:
- Logging in to your school computer & resetting your password.
- Logging into Skyward where you can look up your schedule
- Opening Teams for the first time
We use online textbooks, but you may request physical textbooks if that is your preferred method. Please request these from the library.

Private, Home & On-line School Enrollment

We welcome all students new to LWSD to reach out to your counselor to register for the 2024-2025 school year. Please review all registration information here. You are not required to meet with your counselor we only need your course selection at this time, if you wish to schedule a brief meeting, information on that is below.

Options to complete registration for classes are:

Review the enrollment information and complete the course selection worksheet for your grade level and turn it into your counselor via email.
Schedule a brief, 15-minute Teams meeting with your counselor to discuss course selection or review classes. We will not be offering drop-in sessions, so please make sure you email your assigned counselor.
