Parent Support Group through Youth Eastside Services
If your middle school or high school-aged child experiences symptoms of anxiety or depression, you are invited to join other parents to talk about strategies to support your child and maintain your own well-being along the way. Four sessions- Wednesdays, April 22 through May 13, 6-7:30pm, at our Bellevue location. $80 for the series, limited scholarships available. Youth Mental Health First Aid Course- April 25th at Youth Eastside Services’ Bellevue Office
Learn to support youth experiencing mental health or substance use challenges through this 8-hour course. The training helps you identify, understand, and respond to signs of addictions and mental illnesses. This is ideal for parents, coaches, and other adults who interact with youth. Please note: This course provides introductory information for community members or professionals without previous training in mental health.
