Do You Need A Transcript?


Current Students: Please complete a transcript request form. Pick up your transcript in the Counseling Office 2-3 days after your request. Stamp, address and mail transcript as needed.

Former Students: Please email the EHS Counseling Secretary (jbrown@lwsd.org) with your name, graduation year, and where you would like your official transcript sent.
