You must have a current physical on file to tryout! Physical are valid for two years from the date of exam. Parents, to check the expiration date log into FinalForms, the date of expiration is directly below your students name.

Check the date of your students physical!

For those that make the cheer team your physical must not expire between June 21 and August 15th. You will find the expiration date directly under your students name when you sign into FinalForms.
