If a student laptop has physical damage such as exposed wires, cracked screen, broken hinge, missing keys the student should bring it to the EHS Library during school hours when we are open 8am to 4pm. If the problem is not physical damage Students/Parents can contact FAMILY TECHNOLOGY ACCESS (FTA) for technology help any time of day or night.
Email ftaccess@lwsd.org or call 425-936-1322. Be sure to state the student name, school name, and grade. Students can request the following help:
- Change password (if they forgot their password)
- Request a wifi hot spot (if no internet at home)
- Problems with wifi connectivity
- Other miscellaneous technology issues (help with logging in, Microsoft apps, Skyward, etc…)

LWSD Laptop Program Updates
- There are no fines for laptop damage/loss/theft
- Laptop Agreement form will be sent to 6th and 9th grade parents through Parent Square
- LWSD does not require students to use a school laptop
- Using a school laptop is strongly recommended for grades 9 and 10 due to software and SBA
- Student username has changed to their school identification number (ASB card, bottom of laptop, Skyward)
- Student email is now their school identification number followed by @lwsd.org

Laptop Lost Items:
Damage, loss, or theft of laptop items no longer result in fines for students, but they do need to come to the EHS Library and fill out a lost item form. This form has them look in a variety of places for their lost item including home and parents need to initial that part of the form. If 48 hours has passed and they looked for the item and give us a completed form we issue them a replacement item (laptop or charger or stylus pen). We document these in their account. If they lose an item a third time they must speak with their supervising administrator before getting a third item checked out to them.
