Register Now for Password Reset:
Staff and students who currently have a working password should register NOW for the LWSD new Password Reset Tool. Once you have registered for this service you can reset your own password from anywhere on any laptop or device on any wifi. Microsoft requires a new password every 90 days. Students who don’t have a working password have your parents e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
Staff who don’t have a working password will have to contact the LWSD help desk.

Be sure to include your student’s laptop SERIAL NUMBER (on bottom of laptop in grey writing on black). Do not use the district barcode which is on a white label. If you have difficulty finding the serial number please contact the EHS Library. Also note there is a 30 day waiting period for accidental damage coverage from the day you purchase the insurance.
